All Ess Visionary items are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

After production, delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders may take approximately 5–15 business days in transit. International orders may take longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information. Ess Visionary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping has begun.
